- The purpose of the study was to determine the financial performance of the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative Centerin Malang,East Java province using the 2009 Cooperative Regulation number.14. Analyzer used to measure the performance of Financial Performance Center Employees Cooperative Republic is to use the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives in 2009 number 14 and use the cross section and time series. The results based on cross section shows that the financial performance of cooperatives under the rules of the cooperative minister has a score of 72.45 in 2010, in 2011 the scores obtained at 71.55, in the year 2012 has a score of 72.75, and in 2013 a score of acquired 70.35. This shows quite healthy condition of the cooperative. Based on the time series approach from the aspects of capital the cooperative condition for 4 years experience fluctuating conditions, for the quality aspects of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth have not changed,and for the capital and identity experiencing declining condition. Overall condition is quite healthy and cooperative have a condition that fluctuations tend to increase.
