- The research aimed to describe the evaluation of Personality Development and Leadership Program in University of Muhammadiyah Malang academic year 2009/2010, and obstacles also way out of evaluation of Personality Development and Leadership Program in UMM academic year 2009/2010. The research used qualitative approach with subject SC P2KK TA 2009/2010, M. Salis Yanuardi, M.Psi, the chief of P2KK TA 2009/2010, Azhar Muttaqin, M.Ag., trainer, advisor, and member of P2KK. The program chosen as setting according to the field result, they were: first, name change of P2KK from Personality Development and Leadership Training into Personality Development and Leadership Program. Second, the contradiction between students behaviorwith UMM vision and mission which marked by “modern jilbab from US” trend. Research data collected using interview and participative observation and documentation. While data analysis used qualitative data analysis. Research result showed that there was four component in P2KK evaluation process academic year 2009/2010. They were 3M (material, method and media), member, trainer, and advisor. In the obstacles and way out of P2KK application, there were two factors, they were internal and external. Internal factor included member, while external factor included 3M (material, method, and media) trainer, advisor, service, and facility, and praying (sholat).
