- The purpose of research on the company KSP artha millenium commerce (milan) are to test large how is significant organizational influence culture that includes: innovation and risk-taking, attention to detail, results orientation, human orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, stability, the number ofrespondents32employees. Analyzer usedinthis research is byusing Scale analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the resultsby usingmultiple linear regressionanalysis that has beendone, it canbe concludedthat there is asignificant influence of organizational cultureon employee performance characteristics of the organizational culture of the KSP Milan Banyuwangi, meaning thatthere is significant shows that with the better organizational cultureit isalsothe maximum performance achievementcanbe maximized. The suggestion in this study are: A) the company must give freedom to employees to dare to act to make decisions so that the results obtained can work optimally. B)the company have to maintain the cohesiveness of the employees working in the company so as to provide maximum support to achieve the employment targets set by the company. C)in an effort to improve the achievement of the performance the employees of the company are expected to improve the workability to every employee so that each employee strives to trigger the achievement maximally to work.
