- Research purpose, 1) describes how the principalÂ’s leadership style, 2) describe the performance of theachers, 3) analyze the influence of leadership style on theacher performance. This research is done in public elementary schools one and two villages Watulimo Trenggalek. This study survey research manifold. Analiysis tool used is a range of scales and simple regression. Based on calculation derived variable scale range of leadership styles and performance of teachers by 20 by 20. Population and a sample of 30 people. The results of the study public elemtary school leadership style one and two Watulimo is autocracy. Average yield of leadership style scale range of 73,5 and 83,33 teacher performance. Leadership styles affect the teachers of the T test results are known T count equal to 3.550 > 2.048 T table.
