- The purpose of this study is to describe 1) style of leadership, 2)the employeeÂ’s performance, 3) to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, 4) To determine which of the Leadership style task orientation and Leadership style relationship Orientation most significant effect at employee performance. This type of research including explanatory research study that describes the relationship between the variables research by hypothesis test, used multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this research that all employees UD Pambudi Tuban totaling 40 employees. Based on the research that has been concluded that the result of the analysis show that the high task-oriented leadership style and high relationship orientation in the category of situational leadership style of selling. From the results of multiple regression analysis showed that the relationship-oriented leadership style is more significant effect.
