- This study aims to determine how the effects of liquidity and leverage against the Property and Real Estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Total property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchanges amounted to 46 companies, and after a few characteristics that are applied,there are only 23 companies can be sampled in this study. The data used were obtained by taking samples and collecting documents from property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The document data is collected in the form of financial statements that the current ratio, debt to asset ratio and return on assets. These financial statements were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results calculated using multiple linear regression analysis was obtained that the level of liquidity and leverage significant effect on the profitability of the company Property and Real Estate. This result explains that the level of liquidity and high leverage will decrease the profitability of the company, because the company allocates more funds to repay short-term debt and long-term debt, not to finance the operations of the company.
