  • There are two research purposes in this research: 1) to know whether the variables that include of product, price, promotion, place, and process it is gives the significant effect on brand switching decisions in the mobile card. 2) To determine which of the variables that include of product, price, promotion, place, and process which dominance is effective to the brand switching decisions in the mobile card. Analysis of tools was used in this studies are use logistic regression of analysis. According to the result and discussion, this it can be conclude that the variable that include product, price, promotion, place, and process were effective on brand switching decisions in the mobile card. Variable process is dominance in effective on brand switching decisions in mobile card According to the conclusion of the research presented some suggestion that expected the company always have efforts to provide guarantee of satisfaction to the customers by offering a mobile card product that is really good in quality, also in organizing the gift or bonus program it should be completely in accordance with a programs that have been set and tariff setting must be really get the attention from the companies thus the mobile card products that offered are fulfill of the customer expectations.
