- The purpose of the research conducted in the city of Malang Sarimustika SMEs is to determine the level of job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees, as well as the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention. Respondents in this study amounted to 32 respondents from a population of 32, sampling techniques using the total sampling. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is a range of scales and simple linear regression. The results showed that the scale range of job satisfaction in the category of SMEs Sarimustika entry are low and turnover intention in the high category. Job satisfaction gives significant influence on turnover intention models obtained Y = 47,876 - 0,789X, next coefficient of determination (RÂ2) value is 0.851. Obtained through a t-test it was found that the negative effect between job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees in SMEs Sarimustika in Malang
