  • The research was set out in the attempt to know about giving incentive by cooperation, the employeesÂ’ performance and the influence of the incentive to the employeesÂ’ performance in Kanindo Syariah Jawa Timur. The population of the research was all of the employees of Account Officer (AO), totally 30 employees. The writer used total sampling or used all of the population to get the sample. The data were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, F test and t- Test, meanwhile the analysis instruments used in the research were a range scale and simple linear regression by applying SPSS program version 21. The result of the research shows that the incentive given by cooperation was good material incentive and non-material incentive, meanwhile the performance of the employees was very high. the result of the regression analysis the writer got the model of equation Y= -2.384 + 0.504X1 + 0.475X2, meanwhile the result value of determination coefficient(R2) is 0.914. Based on the simple linear regression, the findings are the incentive has positive influence to the performance of the employees (91.4%), while 8.6% was influenced by other factors which were not discussed in the research. Incentives material and non-material incentives considerable influence on the performance of employees, it is suggested that leaders must continue to strive to understand the needs of employees against.
