- This research is a case study on the “Sumber Rejeki” cooperation under the title financial forecasting application on “Sumber Rejeki” cooperation Ngantang Malang. Planning is one of the functions of management, successful or failed set achievement depends on planning. The financial planning is very important for the company, planning is well crafted and aligned with the strategy that has been set will include financial forecasting activities. The financial forecasting made to predict the need for additional funding that is required of the cooperation. The purpose of this research is to know the result of financial forecasting on “Sumber Rejeki” cooperation for 2014 and to know the magnitude of 2014 AFN (additional fund needed) or additional funds needed in “Sumber Rejeki” cooperation to 2014. The usefulness of research results especialdly for the management of the company which can be used as consideration in drawing up the management forecasts future financial planning. Based on the results of the anlysis and the preparation of financial plan at a “Sumber Rejeki” cooperation 2014 can be concluded that the value of estimated sales of Rp. 8.443.135.730,62 or esperiencing sales groth of 39 %. Based on the results of calculation of the sales growth, the magnitude of profit approximate estimation 2014 is amounting to Rp. 28.527.024,56. From the results of the projection of the balance sheet can be known to the company requires additioanal funds needed (AFN) which amounted to Rp. 64.214.547,83.
