- This research purpose to analyze and describe the design of process operation in PT. Sonokembang Wahana Jaya, so that time to production process can be minimized and to analyze the total processing time of process operating from order entry to the order presentation. The results of this research are expected to be used as the evaluation and comparison of the scheduling process operations in the PT. Sonokembang Wahana Jaya and is expected to be a source of information for the development of science and can be a source of reference in further research especially research on scheduling. Analysis of the data used is to make the design process operation that is grouping the people and machines that perform a certain activity (flow chart) and then continued with identification and eliminate waste of extra steps, repetition, and unnecessary delays (Process Mapping). The final stage of this data analysis is applied the jobs sequence into Gantt chart. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done can be concluded that the sequence of process operations at each order is same, so that the flow diagram and mapping functions time who generated for all the order is same, the differentiate only the processing time. There is a standard time of process operation in PT. Sonokembang Wahana Jaya. Determination of this standard time is very helpful company and could make it easier to make the scheduling process of the operation, so as to know the total processing time for each order, from here can be known when the job should begin and when the work should be completed.
