- This research is a case study in construction company PT. TRIPERKASA AMIN INDAH on pier project jl. Mayangan Probolinggo, titled "The Effect of Implementation of Safety and Health Program on Employee Performance PT. TRIPERKASA AMIN INDAH ". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence on the performance and implementation of K3 between health and safety, which is more influential on the performance of employees in the construction dock PT. TRIPERKASA AMIN INDAH. The analytical tool used to determine how the implementation of K3 and how performance is by using a range of scales. To determine whether K3 effect on employee performance, using multiple regression and using the F-test and t-test. From the results of the analysis done can be seen in the implementation of the implementation of K3 pier construction projects included in both categories indicated by an average score scale range of health in the amount of 248 and an average range of 271 safety scale. Well as the performance of employees in the implementation of the pier project is also high regard This is indicated by an average score of 247 employee performance. Occupational safety and health effect on the performance of employees, this is evidenced by the F count> F (41 156> 4.95). occupational health variables have the greatest influence is 0.473 or 47.3%, means the health variables declared the most dominant variables on the performance of employees at PT. TRIPERKASA AMIN INDAH pier construction projects.
