  • The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe the employee motivation. 2) Describe the employee's performance. 3) Finding the influence of work motivation on employee performance. The analytical tool used in this research is by using the Scale analysis and multiple linear regression with population and sample as many as 47 employees. Based on the discussion that has been done can be concluded that employee motivation in the high category. Employee performance in the category of very good and work motivation affects employee performance. Conclusions based on the research presented the company's management should review the return policy administration basic salary of an employee, during which the policy regarding the provision of basic salaries have not been able to provide support in the workplace to motivate employees. In addition to the policy set associated with the provision of basic salary is still under conditions set by the government. It is expected that corporate leaders always give recognition for job performance achieved by employees by giving awards to employees who have high performance expectations can motivate employees to work optimally in the company.
