- The purpose of this study was to determine the training of production department, to determine the performance of the production employees and to find a significant effect of training on the performance of the production department at Shafira Cake and BakeryMalang. Based on the analysis for the scale range of training variables (X) that is equal to 118 which indicates that the training given to employees included in the excellent category, although there are still some things that still need to be improved and increased.Scale analysis results for the performance variable (Y) that is equal to 115 which indicates that the performance of the production employees included in the very high category.Results of simple linear regression with independent variable training (X) and the dependent variable is the performance (Y) obtained a form of regression equation Y = 0,1267 + 0,603 X + e with R^2 value of 0,700. Based on the analysis of the F test for the effect of training on the performance values obtained 77,157 for F_hitung> 8,60 forF_tabel.
