  • This study is a descriptive survey method. The purpose of the study to determine the quality of Tupperware products which include performance, durability, suitability, features, reliability, aesthetics, image quality to customer loyalty, and to know the dimensions of the quality of the products that the dominant influence on customer loyalty. The analytical tool used is a range of scales and multiple linear regression to determine the influence of Tupperware product quality to customer loyalty. The results of the analysis are obtained, quality Tupperware products which include performance, durability, suitability, features, reliability, aesthetics and image quality have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Of the seven variable product quality, aesthetics variable is the dominant variable with customer loyalty
