- This research aims at analyzing optimum working capital. The financial report is analyzed by using working capital turnover method by observing its elements which are cash turnover, obligation, and budget. The calculation is done through data analysis which is calculating its elements in frequency, day, its turnover, predicting the coming yearÂ’s sales by using minimum square trend method, and calculating optimum working capital by comparing the real working capital to optimum working capital with the 2,5% tolerance ratio. The result of the data analysis and research which have been done about working capital in 2008-2013 gives a description of a good companyÂ’s operational. It is proven by the cash turnover, obligation, and budget which are annually improving. It can be concluded from the result of the optimum working capital analysis that there is no company which are consistently improving annually with 2,5% tolerance ratio from working capital of three cement companies which are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Besides, it is also lack of MKR and surplus of MKR.
