- The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of Employees Cooperative Sugar Factories Wringin Anom Situbondo. Performance was assessed using a standard regulation of Cooperatives and UKM No.14/M.KUKM/XII/2009 as cooperative health assessment guidelines which consists of 7 ( seven ) aspects of assessment, namely capital, asset quality produktis aspects, management aspects, aspects of efficiency, aspects of independence and identity aspects of growth and cooperatives. Performance of the analysis in three years ie 2010 to 2012. Based on the seven aspects of the assessment results of the performance evaluation Employees Cooperative Sugar Factory Wringin Anom Situbondo in 2010 obtained the results predicate that is less healthy . whereas in 2011 to 2012 the performance of the cooperative increases with predicate healthy enough. The Performance results obtained from the total score of the overall assessment process . Obtaining a score of 58,85 in 2010 , 62.15 in 2011 and 65,95 in 2012 for the third score of the scores fall below the standard set by the Minister of Cooperatives. Predicate performance earned Employees Cooperative Sugar Factory Wringin Anom Situbondo an overview of cooperative success in achieving its objectives for the year 2010 until 2012.
