- The purpose of the research conducted on Soecorn Cafe is to describe the level of job satisfaction and employee performance Soecorn Cafe as well as to analyze job satisfaction and employee performance Soecorn Cafe in Malang. The usefulness of this research for a company that is expected to contribute ideas for Soecorn Cafe to pay more attention to its human resources, especially in terms of job satisfaction so that the employee's performance can be increased. With the increasing performance of the employees expected to achieve the targets of the cafe. For academically, it is expected to be the subject of further research in the field of human resources, especially with regard to job satisfaction and employee performance. Methods of data collection in this study using documentation and questionnaires. Variable measurement techniques using a Likert scale with a sample of 24 employees. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales and cross tabulation. Employee satisfaction is high except on occasion aspects as well as aspects of achievement awards and promotions. Employee performance is high except in the aspect of responsibility and punctuality. There is a relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance.
