- The purpose of the study to describe occupational health and safety, describes the employee's performance, analyze the effect of health and safety on employee performance and to determine which variables are more powerful influence on employee performance. The analytical tool used Scale analysis and multiple linear regression. The respondents were regular employees Kremboong Sugar Factory production Sidoarjo. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with respondents 84 employees. The result showed that the safety and health of employees, including the excellent category. Employees, including high -performance category. Occupational safety and health have a significant effect on employee performance, safety stronger influence on employee performance Kremboong sugar factory in Sidoarjo. Suggestions can be submitted by the company is expected to pay more attention to safety and health conditions by providing protection tool vasilitas like working, always maintain the cleanliness of the working environment and conditions should give a warning to the penalty if there are employees who violate the rules.
