- The purpose of this study was to determine the projected financial statements Furniture Jepara Kartini Nganjuk and knowing the planned financial performance in 2014 and 2015 based on the year 2013 analytical tool used to project sales value in 2014 and 2015 using the trend. This research is used to project the growth rate of sales and Common Size analysis to forecast proforma financial statements. Based on the analysis that has been done can be concluded that the value of sales Furniture Jepara Kartini Nganjuk in 2014 obtained for Rp. 10.418.277.716, and Rp. 16.963.093.205 for projected sales in 2015, while for 2014 projected net income of Rp. 546.526.399.752.956 and for 2015 amounted Rp. 602.121.416.490.660. Viewed from the side projection assets Furniture Jepara Kartini 2015 Nganjuk increased from 2014 projection of Rp. 19.542.068.902 to Rp. 42.406.289.517. Analysis of key ratios for the pro forma financial statements can be concluded that the planned financial performance Furniture Jepara Kartini Nganjuk declared an increase. Of the ten financial ratios used in 2014, seven ratios increased as the ratio of Inventory Turnover, Total Assets Turnover, Profit Margin, ROA, ROE, ROI, NOPAT per total operating capital. Then in 2015 there were four ratios that declined include Inventory Turnover ratio, ROA, ROE, ROI. Based on the analysis that five ratios in stagnant conditions such as the ratio of Current, Average Age Receivable, Turnover Total Assets, Debt Ratio, Profit Margin. So some things that can be suggested from this research, management Nganjuk Furniture Jepara Kartini should immediately take the projected financial statements, see the company's financial performance can increase sales according predicted, managers do penagihaan policy mlakukan pitang and business expansion.
