- The purpose of this study was to giving out a picture or description of a situation objectively at UD Karya Abadi Mojokerto .dan to test the direct effect of the quality of work life (X) on the performance (Y) and also to test the indirect effect of the quality of work life (X) to performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z). This research is a causal research. The aim of the study was to investigate the causal possibility causal relationship between variables in a way based on the observation of the outcome and looking back there are factors which may form the cause through specific data. samples taken are as many as 32 production employees, namely by using census / Total sampling. Methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is the path analysis, the validity test, reliability test, and test hypotheses consisting of F-test, T test The results of this study are the quality of working life and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee performance. The quality of working life and a significant positive effect on employee performance.And quality of work life positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.
