- The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop VII Madiun, the review is based on the financial aspects, the operational and administrative aspects is to determine the most in determining the performance of the company. Usability research in particular made accurate information as input to improve corporate performance more effectively and efficiency in the future. Performance PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop VII Madiun be reviewed based on the financial aspects shows that the company is able to efficiently and be able to manage the compans own capital to generate profits from operational. In terms of operational activities can do innovation, the development of information technology in an effort enhancing consumer satisfaction with the service provided and an increase in the production in order to produce a better performance than the previous year. Performance administration showed that the performance improvement of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop VII Madiun indicated by the ability in achieving the set targets. The third aspect of the performance comparison results show that the greatest performance is the financial aspect, which means that during the period of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop VII Madiun able to manage their own capital or total investment to generate a profit from operations of the company. Suggestions put forward in this research that the company should make improvements on the performance of administration, maximizing the use of equity capital owned and improve services to customers so as to provide a guarantee of customer satisfaction.
