- The purpose of this study was to determine the form of employee training, to describe the productivity of employees, and to determine the effect of training on employee productivity Pabrik Gula Kremboong Sidoarjo. This study was conducted in a Pabrik Gula Kremboong Sidoarjo. This research is quantitative whit the type of research is the type of survey research. The sampling technique used in this study is the probability sampling. Sampling techniqueusingproportional sampling is a way of sampling donebyselectingevery sampling unit thatmatchesthesize of the unit, the number of respondent 53. Data analysis method used are validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis, and t-test using SPSS17.0 for windows The results showed that training in both categories with 172 score scale ranges, and productivity of employees classified in the high category with 169 score scale range, from the calculation of the t-test training produces thitung= 7,719 while the value of ttable= 1,684. Value thitung>ttablethe there is a positive relationship between training on employee productivity Pabrik Gula Kremboong Sidoarjo. Results of regression analysis equation model Y = 1,789 + 0,399X, the next coefficient of determination (R2) value is 50,3%. It can be concluded that the training variables significantly influence employee productivity Pabrik Kremboong Sidoarjo.
