- Aim: 1) describe compensation to fisherman motor ship labour (kmn) pemana village sikka regency East Nusa Tenggara. 2) describe work satisfaction in fisherman motor ship labour (kmn) pemana village sikka regency East Nusa Tenggara and 3) test the significant influence of compensation towards work satisfaction in fisherman motor ship labour (kmn) pemana village sikka regency East Nusa Tenggara. The usefulness of this research especially for company is to give suggestion based on the problem faced and give consideration towards further wise action especially in increasing labour work satisfaction. Research method: survey, with population 40 labour kmn Arif Baitullah and kmn Kembali Baitullah pemana village. Data analysis used is scale distance analysis, simple linear regression by using test F. Based on the research findings and fix discussions, can be pulled conclusion as follows: 1) compensation to fisherman motor ship labour (kmn) Arif Baitullah and Kembali Baitullah pemana village included into a good category. 2) work satisfaction in fisherman motor ship labour (kmn) Arif Baitullah and Kembali Baitullah pemana village included into satisfied category and 3) compensation towards work satisfaction in fisherman motor ship labour (kmn) Arif Baitullah and Kembali Baitullah pemana village has a significant influence.
