- The aims of this research as follow: (1) To know organization commitment that prevailed in PG. DjombangBaru, (2) To know the employee performance in PG. DjombangBaru, (3) To know if the organization commitment has influence to the employee performance in PG. DjombangBaru. Analysis tool that used in this research is simple linear regression, which is tool to measure the high and low of variable influence for organization commitment and employee performance in PG. DjombangBaru. Instrument test that used in this research is validity and reability, and then looking for scale range, hypothesis test, which is F test. Data analysis result as follow: (1) Organization commitment in PG. DjombangBaru with pride indicator, the involvement that suitable with the role, responsibility, and loyalty, included into vary high category with average score 120.4, so it can be concluded that organization commitment in PG. DjombangBaru is very high, (2) Employee performance in PG. DjombangBaru that including loyalty, outcome, honesty, disciplinary, creativity, cooperation, leadership, personality, initiative, skill, responsibility included into vary high category with average score 119.6, so it can be concluded that the employee performance in PG. DjombangBaru is very high, (3) Organization commitment has significant influence to the employee performance in PG. DjombangBaru. It can be known from R2 value for 0.711 that means the organization commitment has influence for 71.1%.
