- This type of research is survey research, where the research was done on the PR. HF Prima Malang with the title of the study is: "The Effect of Occupational Health and Safety on Employee Performance PR. HF Prima Malang " The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the implementation of occupational health and safety, 2) to determine the performance of the employee 3) to analyze the effect of significant safety and health on employee performance and 4) to determine which variables are more powerful influence on employee performance. The analytical tool used in this research is by using the Scale analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the implementation of the safety and health of employees fall into either category. Employee performance in either category, occupational safety and health have a significant effect on employee performance and safety stronger influence on employee performance. Suggestions can be submitted in this research that the management company is expected to provide insurance coverage provided by the company can provide a sense of safety in the work and tools of labor protection (masks, gloves, clemek, etc.), always maintaining environmental hygiene conditions work and must provide a warning to penalties if there are employees who violate the prescribed rules.
