- The purpose of this study is to describe stressors and job stress as well as the effect of stressors on employee stress Flux Internet Cafe Malang and most influential among individual stressors, organizational stressors, and environmental stressors. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The respondents were employees Flux Internet Cafe Malang. The sampling technique is the total sampling with a sample of 30 people. The results showed that individual stressors are in the high category. Stressor and environmental organizations are in the low category. Among the three stressors of individuals, organizations and the environment, the most influential is individual stressor.
