  • The purpose of this study was to describe the level of discipline that is done and the employee's performance at Hotel Pelangi 1 Malang, to analyze the existence of significant influence of discipline on employee performance, and to determine the discipline that most affect the performance of employees. The analytical tool used in this study is the range of the scale and simple linear regression. The results showed that discipline at Hotel Pelangi 1 Malang said in the very high category. Proved by obtaining an average score of discipline variable (X) by 172. Employee performance is indicated by an average score of 167 performance variables that are at a high assessment scale. The results obtained from a simple linear regression Y = -0,079 +0,326 X + e. From these results suggested that the company's management and employees must work together well and worked to help the company improve employee discipline and performance.
