  • The purpose of this study is to describe 1) employee communications. 2) the employee's performance. 3) To determine the effect of communication on employee performance. This type of research including quantitative research with characteristics that formulated the hypothesis and to test the hypothesis used statistical analysis techniques. Data analysis tools simple linear regression. The population in this research that all employees, including Doctors Clinic Nur Merdika. For Physicians consists of 4 people, while the medical and non-medical personnel numbering 26 people in Clinic Nur Medika. Based on the research that has been done can be concluded that the results of the analysis show that the communication employee at Clinic Nur Medika fall into either category. Performance of employees can result in a range of scales included in the category of high employee who has proven capable of meeting the standards prescribed in the clinic. From the results of the regression analysis showed that the independent variable affects the dependent variable communication performance with regression coefficient indicates a positive effect of communication on the dependent variable.
