Technical analysis is used in this research is to use path analysis, this technique describes the impact of the direct and indirect influence of the quality of the product to the consumer satisfaction and loyalty of consumers. The existing population in this study are students of University of Muhammadiyah Malang, whereas the sample used as the respondents are students of Faculty of Economics and business, University of Muhammadiyah Malang that have a Blackberry.
