  • The research was survey research. looked at from this case the research is causal. This research was conducted to PT. BPR Bromo Mandiri Pandaan and the title is “The Influence of Characteristics Organitation Culture to the EmployerÂ’s Performance in PT. BPR Bromo Mandiri Pandaan”. The Objectives of research was to know the description of Characteristics organization culture with innovation and derivation risk (X1), detail shelter (X2), result orientation (X3), individual orientation (X4), team orientation (X5), agresifitas (X6), stability (X7) and performance in PT. BPR Bromo Mandiri Pandaan. Analysis tool that used is extend scale and double linier regression. Gor analysis result is used Uji F and Uji t. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis proved that Characteristics organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of employees. This can be seen from the F test results obtained that Characteristics organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of employees. T test calculations (partial) obtained t count variable individual orientation (X4) is a value larger than the other variables. So it can be seen that the most influential variable is the dominant individual orientation (X4). From these results the company further enhanced especially in doing the work activities that depend on the dynamics of management standards if there is a change in the company, the employee must move quickly to create and maintain stability (stability) in the PT. BPR Bromo Mandiri Pandaan.
