- The purpose of this study are: 1) Identifying and analyzing external factor that can give an opportunity and threat also internal factor that can become a strength and weakness for PT.Grant Sidoarjo. 2) To find a good strategy that can be implemented at PT.Grant Sidoarjo. 3) In order to design and arrange the marketing strategy for PT.Grant Sidoarjo. Analysis item that can be used in this research is SWOT. In SWOT, company must have several factor. They are strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat that must be faced by company. As the result of SWOT, we can get a fact that all of external and internal factor can influence the company. The suggestion that can be given is management should trying to manage all of the information that is got and to implement the marketing strategy based on companyÂ’s rule so that the company always exist and the profit will increase.
