- The purpose of this study was to determine the training was going on, to know the performance is going on and to find out whether the training effect on employee performance front section of the house pizza hut Malang. Analyzer used to know the training and to determine the level of employee performance is the analysis scale range, while training for influence on the performance of the employees used a simple linear regression analysis model to test the hypothesis F. The results of the analysis showed that the scale range of training that occurs included in the excellent category, employee achievements that occurred in the very high category. The results of simple linear regression analysis and test f there is a significant effect between training and employee performance Based on the conclusion of the study, then proposed some suggestions that pizza hut continued training of employees, training is continuously updated in order to create the quality and quantity of employees who meet the standard of the company and the company can achieve the desire. Pizza hut is also concerned about the quality of the trainers who have professional experience in their field and this is done to improve the quality of training of pizza hit Malang.
