  • The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine conflicts between individuals and between groups 2) the performance of employees 3) significant influence on the performance of employees in the conflict, and 4) conflict variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of employees at Sugar Factory Kebun Agung Malang. Usefulness of this research, especially for a company that is expected to be used as consideration for the organization in improving employee performance through the implementation of conflict management Based on the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the conflict between individuals and between groups occurring at Sugar Factory Kebun Agung Malang is low. Performance of employees at Sugar Factory Kebun Agung Malang is high. A significant difference between the performance of employees in conflict Sugar Factory Kebun Agung Malang and conflicts between individual variables have a dominant influence on the performance of employees at Sugar Factory Kebun Agung Malang. Suggestions can be submitted in this study is expected to maximize the management of conditions of the conflict in an effort to improve employee performance, personnel should act as a mediator in any related problems incurred in the company work processes and provide different treatment for employees who have high performance and low.
