- Type of research that the author did was kind of research is a case study, entitled Analysis of Financial Performance KUD Tani Makmur Mojokerto. The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance of KUD Tani Makmur Mojokerto. Usability research, especially for KUD Tani Makmur Mojokerto expected to be input to management on work performance during this when the review of financial ratio analysis at KUD. Results of the analysis on the capital aspect suggests that given the risky loans and capital adequacy ratio of the tendency to fluctuate. Aspects of the analysis results asset quality, management indicated that the efficiency of the cooperative is able to perform cooperative activity, showing that the efficiency aspect KUD Tani Makmur Mojokerto able to perform the efficiency of cooperative activities undertaken. Analysis results showed a decrease in liquidity as well as the independence ratio and the analysis of the co-operative identity showed a decrease. Suggestions can be submitted in this research that the cooperative is expected to conduct the efficiency of use of operating costs, is always strives to increase the independence of the business, re-evaluate the activity has been done and always strives to provide maximum service to the cooperative members create loyalty so that members of the cooperative.
