- The purpose of this study is: To determine the provision of financial and non-financial compensation on the production employees. To determine the performance of the production employees. To determine whether financial compensation and non-financial compensation has a significant influence on employee performance. To determine either the variable financial nor non financial compensation that give the most powerful influence on the performance of the production employees. The analysis tools used in this research is by using the Scale analysis and linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that giving a scale range of financial and non-financial compensation in UD. Kadar Jaya Bojonegoro employees in good category. Performance of the production employees at UD. Kadar Jaya Bojonegoro in the high category. Financial compensation and non-financial compensation has a significant influence on the performance of the production employees and has the most influential financial compensation to the performance of UD.
