- This study aimed to describe the level of motivation of employees , describing the level of employee performance, test motivation factors and hygiene factors affect the performance of employees and to examine factors that mempuyai dominant influence on employee performance on UD.JAYADI Batu - East Java . Based on the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the motivation of employees that includes motivators and hygiene in the high category . Employee performance is very high in the category . Motivator factors and hygiene factors affect the performance of employees and hygiene factors mempuyai dominant influence on employee performance on UD.JAYADI Batu - East Java. Some of the suggestions put forward in this study is expected to provide the management workload in accordance with the capabilities of the employees . In an effort to provide support for the activities undertaken by the employee is expected leadership must strive to bring attention to the activities completed by the employee and to provide salaries and wages are expected to provide better assurance kehiduapan to employees.
