  • The development of advertising and event organizers have now been triggered emergence of the field efforts greenline99 as one example of an advertising company and event organizers have a duty to help every company in advertising a productor service. This study aims to determine the leadership styles used in the company's advertising Greenline99 in Malang, determine the performance of the company of advertising Greenline99 in Malang and to analyze the leadership style on the performance of the company of advertising Greenline99 in Malang. This is indicated where the leader gives specific instructions and an explanation of the task, giving a time limit employment toeach employee so that work can be completed on schedule, involve employees in discussions about the work to be done, pay attention to any complaints, feedback on job employees must be completed, providing fee orbonus for employees who excel, giving the opportunity for employees to obtain achievinga career high, assume an employee rather than as a subordinate but a team based on the principle of kinship. of the results of this research is to note that 55.8% of the employee's performance is influenced by the style of leadership, task behavior and relationship behavior, while 44.2% were influenced other variables.
