- This research aims: 1) To determine the training 2) determine employee productivity 3) determine the effect of training on employee productivity levels of production at PT. Berdikari Meubel Nusantara. The population in this study are employees of the production is as much as 271 employees, using proportional random sampling technique of sampling, it can be determined that the study sample size were 68 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is the analysis of a range of scales and simple linear regression. The results and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the implementation of the training fit in either category, employee productivity parts of high production and job training have a significant effect on employee productivity levels. Suggestions can be submitted are a) expected the management to evaluate the ability of trainers to deliver training materials when done. b) more attention to the content material of the training activities carried out c) increase the intensity of the training.
