  • The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the knowledge of consumers about the product anchovies Mbok Ama Warulor village Paciran Lamongan district. Techniques of data collection through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents, drawn by accidental sampling. Analysis of the frequency distribution of scale range indicates that consumer knowledge about products anchovies Mbok Ama Warulor Lamongan village is good. With regard to the variables of consumer knowledge that includes knowledge of an objective which consists of memories of the product (product characteristics, product benefits, and value of the product), buy memory (experience), memory consumption (excess). And subjective knowledge consists of impressions (personal opinion), and familiarity (behavior).
