- The title of the study is "Effects of Health and Safety at Work Against Employee Performance Parts Production PT. Indohamafish Bali ". In order to determine the extent of the significance of the influence of Occupational Health and Safety Employee Performance Against the research conducted using the method of a range of scales, F test, t test and regression were assisted by the SPSS software program. The selected regression model is Multivariate Regression, ie by making the level of Health and Safety at Work as an independent variable. The research was conducted by collecting some data in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analyzed in this study from respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The study took place at PT. Indohamafish Bali by taking the employee population of the production amount of samples taken in this study is 80 respondents. The analysis showed that the conditions of Health and Safety as well as the performance of the employees are in the good category. F test analysis results show Occupational Health and Safety has a significant impact on employee performance, while the results of t test analysis showed Occupational Safety and Health also have a significant impact on employee performance. The t test results also show that health has a dominant influence on employee performance.
