- Today the business world depends on all the funding issues, some experts agree that in order to get out of this economic crisis in the real sector should be mobilized to stimulate economic growth. World Business encountered many obstacles, one of the most crucial is the issue of funding. The business world suffered a setback due to the credit crunch - credit given to the business regardless of the legal lending limit in the past by banks and credit worthiness issues approved. Capital is one of the most important elements in improving the implementation of the company in addition to human resources, machinery and methods. Companies often face problems that arise due to difficulties in terms of capital expenditure and in terms of allocating capital. It is the responsibility of the financial manager of a company's capital management. The success of a company in the management of capital depends on how a financial manager in the spending and allocation of capital. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the capital structure of the company. Companies that the sample foods and beverages is the company that is in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. And used the study period in 2006-2009. The dependent variable used is the structure of assets,, profitability, and business risk. Test equipment used is a regression testing tool. The results are all independent variables affect the dependent variable partial capital structure that is variable asset structure, profitability and business risk.
