Motivasit count > t table 6, 204> 0.227, job satisfaction is only 6.047 > 0.227 a strong influence is the motivation Higher motivation and job satisfaction, employee performance is very high operational. PT Indomarine still consider the factor of motivation and job satisfaction because if applied jointly between motivation and job satisfaction improve employee performance.
