  • The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the marketing mix decisions on the use of services by consumers LILOnet cafe. The population in that study consumer lilonet cafe, with a sampling technique using accidental sampling and with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research and discussion by using multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that marketing mix consists of product, price, place, promotion, people, processes and customer service to simultaneously influence the purchase decision. place, promotion, and customer service processes partially influence on purchase decisions, whereas the variable product, price, people do not influence the decision partially on pembelian.Variabel place has a dominant influence on purchase decisions (decisions on the use of services by consumers LILOnet cafe).
