- Purposes research at Acer Center Malang is to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation of employees, to know there is a significant effect of intrinsic motivation on employee performance, to analyze the variables of achievement, recognition, the work it self, responsibility or Advancement most affecting job performance. Usefulness of research for the company expected to obtain input and build positive, which can be applied to companies in an effort to improve employees' performance through intrinsic motivation. For researchers and further expected to be used as an additional reference. Data collection methods in this study were interviews and questionnaires. Variable measurement techniques using Likert scale with a sample of 33 employees. Analysis tools using scale range and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done can be concluded that the intrinsic motivation and job performance of employees included in the category of high. Intrinsic motivation on Acer Center Malang significant effect on employees' performance. achievement and responsibility provide a significant influence on employee job performance and is more influential than the work it self and Advancement.
