- The purpose of this study 1) To determine the financial and non-financial compensation to the employee 2) To know the job satisfaction of employees 3) To know the financial and non-financial compensation has a significant effect on satisfaction kerja.4) To determine the compensation which the greatest impact on satisfaction work .. the analytical tool used in this research is by using the analysis of a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Financial compensation to the in the category of very good .. Non Financial Compensation in Malang fit in either category. level of employee satisfaction Malang has been included in the criteria is very high. both financial and non financial compensation collectively together have a significant influence on job satisfaction that is evident from the results of the F test obtained results that the value of F count> F table (19.54 > 3.32). The results of the comparison between the variable financial and non-financial compensation can be seen that more financial compensation variables influence employee job satisfaction. This can be proved by the results of the T test result that the value of T count on financial compensation variable> TTable (2.913> 1.697) Suggestions can be submitted in this research that the can maintain excellent financial compensation to the company and the company's non-financial compensation must be better so as to support employees' job satisfaction. Job satisfaction in the company must be maintained so that employee satisfaction can always awake and give appreciation for the work accomplished by the employee.
