  • The purposes of this study are: a) to know the financial compensation and non-financial compensation. b) to know about the employees morale. c) to know financial compensation and non-final compensation have effects towards the employee morale. d) to know which compensation is the most influential towards the employee morale. The analysis tool used isa range of scalesand multiple linear regressions. The compensation in the company categorized as good, the employee morale can be categorized as high. Compensation has significant impact employee morale. It can be evidenced from the result of F test obtained a result that the value of Fcount> Ftable (21.057>3,32). The results ofthe comparisonbetweenthe financial compensation variables and nonfinancialvariablesknown thatthe financialcompensation variableis affects more toemployee morale. It can be proven by the result of T test obtained a result which the value of Tcount in the financial compensation variable >Ttable(2.957>1,684). Suggestion that can be submitted in this research is the management department is expected to maintain the employee morale. In order to maintain and improve the morale employee the company is expected to give satisfied compensation to their employee, so the employee can always strive to produce the best goods and to minimize the extent of damage, and in order to achieve the target given by the company.
