  • A leader in moving the hospital subordinates to achieve the goals that ultimately should be able to give satisfaction to the employees. Satisfaction itself can be realized if the management is able to provide security for maximum support over the wishes of the employees, so that employees can reflect the satisfaction of the hospital attempt to maintain the presence of the employee at the hospital. Hospital management tasks for the creation of a variety of circumstances so that the hospital can develop effectively in order to achieve the stated goals. The purpose of this study is the first, to determine the factors of job satisfaction consists of intrinsic job, salary, supervisors, peers and working conditions at Wava Husada Hospital Malang. Second, to determine the level of employee satisfaction Wava Husada Hospital Malang. Third, to determine the intrinsic job, salary, supervisors, peers and working conditions significantly influence employee job satisfaction at Wava Husada Hospital Malang. Fourth, to determine which factors most influence on employee job satisfaction Wava Husada Hospital Malang. The analytical tool used in this research is by using the Scale analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that job satisfaction factors consisting of intrinsic job, salary, supervisors, peers at Wava Husada Hospital Malang in either category, while for the working conditions at the Hospital Wava Husada unfortunate entry in the excellent category. Tinkat employee satisfaction Wava Husada Hospital Malang is very high in the category. Based on the results of the f test can be seen that the intrinsic job, salary, supervisors, peers and working conditions significantly influence employee job satisfaction at Wava Husada Hospital Malang. Based on the comparison of the regression coefficients of each variable can be seen that the most influential supervisors on employee job satisfaction Wava Husada Hospital. Suggestions can be submitted in this research that the work satisfaction about providing security for permanent employees is formed it is expected that the hospital management retains the factors of job satisfaction were given to employees . It is expected that the hospital management to become a mediator in the event of problems related to working conditions at the hospital.
