- The purpose of this study are: 1) to describe the conflict that consists of a conflict between the individual and inter-group conflict. 2) To describe the performance of employees. 3) To analyze the conflict which consists of the conflict between the individual and inter-group conflict has a significant influence on employee performance. 4) To know the conflict variables consisting of the conflict between the individual and inter-group conflict that has dominant influence on the performance of employees in KUD Sumber Rejo Pasuruan Population in this research that the employees of the KUD Sumber Rejo Pasuruan at the time of the research that is numbered as many as 37 employees. Sample collection technique is the total sampling, where the entire population sampled by the study of data analysis used the scale range and multiple linear regression. Results of data analysis showed that the conflict consisted of conflicts between individuals and between groups in conflict KUD Sumber Rejo Pasuruan include in the category of low. Employee performance in the high category. Conflicts which consists of the conflict between individual and group conflicts have a significant impact on the performance and conflicts between individuals have a dominant influence on the performance of employees in KUD Sumber Rejo Pasuruan. Suggestions can be submitted in this research that the company is expected to give freedom to employees to supervise any activity performed by another employee and is always trying to control conflicts that occur when the company has lowered the achievement of the performance of the employees.
