- This type of research is that the authors did a case study, titled “Financial Performance Analysis of Cooperation Employees “Tirta Dharma” Probolinggo City. The research purpose is finding out financial performance of cooperative employees PDAM “Tirta Dharma” The analysis tool used to determine the performance of cooperative employees are using the method of Cross Section State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises No.14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009, whereas for Time Series method is to compare the performance of 2009-2011. Results of analysis for the method of Cross Section of 7 (seven) component health assessment cooperative stating that the financial performance of cooperative employees PDAM “Tirta Dharma” is less healthy, because of the overall 7 (seven) component health assessment cooperative sekor produced reached 55.50% in 2009, 52.25% in 2010 and 55.50% in 2011. Suggestions can be submitted in this research that the management is expected to attempt to increase the independence and self growth and cooperative in the future. For members are expected to always seek the active participation and support in the development of cooperatives.
